Happy 6th Birthday Lil'G!!

Lil'G had a great day, starting off with a little scavenger hunt to find his birthday gifts!!! (this is the 2nd year I have done this for Lil'G and he quite likes it! I just play the hot/cold game) He scored Legos and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle piggy bank full of quarters to get ninja's at the grocery store candy machines!

Lil'G had a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle party at the neighborhood pool!! Thanks to daddy for making the awesome cake! It was camo colored inside too!

And the back view! There was pizza for dinner, swimming, games, pinata, and of course cake! Thanks to the cousins and neighborhood friends who came and helped celebrate with us!

6 things I HEART about Lil'G- - such a sweetheart! - loves his little sister so so sooo much! - is going to be in 1st grade! - loves building with his Legos, just like his older brother! - is an awesome bike rider and quite cautious too! - for being my baby boy! Lil'G, so can't believe it has been 6 years!!! You are awesome! I love you to the moon and back!

It's true!! I canned my first jam!!! Apricot, to be exact!! It came out great and we have been enjoying it since!!!

18 Years and Counting!

This year we celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary! Wowza!!! I am so proud of "US!" Marriage is a roller coaster ride for sure, ups and downs, twists and turns!! This past year has really been a great one for us, we have gotten really close as a couple, we did a lot of growing, and learning. I love you Brandon more and more with each passing year, and we all thought how could that be possible? But it is!! Brandon totally surprised me with my own road bike!!! He and Hobie picked it out for me and oh do I love!! Thanks Babe!! Now we have something new do to for date night!!!

Sunday Thoughts, finally and again!

Trying to get caught up on this blogging thing, don't ever take a break!!! But have wanted to start my Sunday Thoughts again! This was on the front of the program at church- it reads- "Do you, like the pioneers, have the courage and the consistency to be true to the faith and endure to the end? By Elder Dallin H. Oaks a member of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles I can stay true to the faith, but courage and consistency would be hard, especially with all that they pioneers endured. So do you think we were born when we were suppose to be, cause the Lord knew what each of us could handle???

Bayley Family Reunion 2014

Brandon's parents had a family reunion for his siblings, bummer was only Brian, Steven, and Lisa with their families were able to make it! We sure missed Bonnie and Paula's families for sure! We went to the local water park- Roaring Springs on the 4th of July and all had a great time!

All the moms were treated to a spa day! Nails and pedicures were had!!!
