Yankee Candle!

Did you know that I adore candles? I DO!!! And it's just a short jaunt to the Yankee Candle flagship store in Massachusetts! This place is huge and just so much fun to cruise around!

Guess who is there at times for you to visit??? We surely scored on this day cause both Santa Clause and Mrs. Clause were there to see!

This is the snowing room! It snows in there every 4 minutes and we walked in just in time!

Oh, and don't you worry, I did leave with a few candles of my own!

Narragansett Beach, Rhode Island

This beach has become a favorite place of our this summer, since Brandon has been picking up his surfing again! This time we brought along Uncle Steve (Brandon's brother) who was visiting us from New Mexico. Lil'G, Brandon, Steve, and H after a few hours of surfing!

It is beautiful here! And it was extra busy! We are used to the evening hours at the beach when its all calm and quiet!

Fireman's Parade 2011

We like our town traditions and this is one we love to enjoy! The Fireman's Parade!

Town Carnival 2011

Yeah! Lil'G actually got on some rides! Here he is with Miss P on the dragon roller coaster! He thought it was fun the 1st time around, then started to cry for the rest. Brandon and I couldn't help but giggle a little!

Lil'G enjoying one of the carnivals famous treats, Cotton Candy! And yes his hair is wet cause it started to rain right as we got there, then stopped shortly so we could enjoy our night.

Notice there are none of H, well he was there, I promise!! But after a few rides with his siblings, he found a friend from school who happened to be a girl! Off they went to enjoy a few rides together! Yeah we got schooled for a girl!!!

Grandpa & Grandma Bayley Visit!

It is always a fun time when grandparents visit! This visit did not disappoint either! The reason we were able to pull off our anniversary trip was because of these 2 people! Thank you sooo much John and Carla for making our trip possible! Thanks for taking car of our tykes and the puppy! We knew they were in the best hands and we're less stressed because of it!
We enjoyed your visit and as always, can't wait to see you again!

Our Anniversary Trip to Block Island, Rhode Island

B-n-T! This was a much needed trip for us and we enjoyed every minute of it! No tv, a little rain, lots of humidity, yummy clams, ocean water, shopping, guitar playing, going to the movie, cruiser bikes, and sunshine!

The Bellavue House, this was the Bed and Breakfast that we stayed out during our vacation. It was perfect. A cute quaint room, ocean view, air conditioning, breakfast in the kitchen each morning too!

Here is Brandon on one of our cruiser bikes! This was the day we left and he had on our luggage bag, I thought he looked like a turtle! He-he! The island is not very big, so they prefer you to come without your vehicle and either walk, bike, or rent a scooter to get around town.

Check out the beauty of the ocean! We are on the ferry heading back to life!

Swim Lessons at the Lake!

Miss P and a swim mate! Miss P and G took swim lessons for the first time at the lake in town.

We had this view for 4 weeks of summer!

I am truly amazed at how well my kids can swim now! They had wonderful teachers too! To see the confidence my children now have in the water is fantastic!

I got to meet some new friends along the way too!
