Yes, it is hard to say NO to this little face! I did well though! How can you not say no when Lil'G had his arms full of the Yo Gabba Gabba characters for purchase! Maybe another day I said, I like that saying still works for him!

Lourdes of Litchfield
Thanks to our friend- Gail for always letting us know of fun things to do around Connecticut, sorry Gail you weren't in any of my pics! This place is very peaceful in the mountains and has statues you follow on a trail depicting Christ's life.
The kids really enjoyed reading the plaques that went along with each statue.
Here is one of the statues of Christ with some followers.
They even had a place to light candles, which was on a stage, where they held Mass like twice a week outside. It was beautiful!
Loved this statue of the praying girl.
They even had a gift shop and picnic tables. The weather was perfect for our outdoor adventure and our picnic lunches were great! As always, thanks Gail for coming along and showing us a neat place not far from home!

Seeing Mitt!
Yes, we are getting our politics on! I was so excited that I got an email invite to see Mitt Romney at a speaking event in Hartford, Connecticut! Check out this decked out truck we saw in the parking lot on our way in!
I brought our good family friend Gail along with me! We were like school girls all over again!! 
Miss P and Lil'G posing! (yes that is G's new pose with the head bent all the way over!). People could not quit taking pix of my tykes! They were the ONLY kids there too!! People were putting them up front, holding G, kissing him, and loads of pix!
Mitt Romney doing his thing! He is good at it too!
On his way out! We were so close. Mitt even shook both H and Miss P's hands! I was whooping it up being one proud mama to say the least! I loved that H said, it was so neat to see Mitt in person cause this was someone he sees on the news each morning before going to school!
We tried to have Miss P get is autograph on our way out, but those darn Secret Services, 3 of them turned her little head right around, bummer!
Go Mitt Go! Was our chant! This was a day that will always be a great memory for us! A huge thanks to Gail for coming along for it all too!

Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt!
Oh my, was this a BLAST for the tykes! Thanks to friends and Pinterest, we had a glow-in-the-dark egg hunt! H got to sport the headlamp! Check out that face! he cracks me up!

Lil'G could of cared less about finding the eggs, he just wanted all the glow sticks be could find! Too funny!

Playgroup Easter Party!
Love that this has become a tradition to have an Easter party each year! And guess who also visits there too? That's right- E.B. himself!!!
The older tykes are out of school for Spring Break, so they got to come along too! They are usually in school and don't get to come during the school year.

Having some serious talk time with E.B.! They might have been talking about planes, since one had just flown by.
Love that Lil'G loved the Easter Bunny too! A great time was had by all!
